Enjoying Freedom From Fear

Dear Lord,
Your Word says, "I sought the Lord and He heard me, and delivered me from all my fears." (Psalm 34:4) I seek You this day, believing that You hear me, and I pray that You will deliver each of my children and my grand children from any fear that threatens to overtake them. You said You have "not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind." (II Timothy 1:7) Flood them with Your love and wash away all fear and doubt. Give them a a sense of Your loving presence that far outweighs any fear that would threaten to overtake them. Help them to rely on Your power in such a manner that it establishes a strong confidence and faith in You. Give them a sound mind Lord, so sound that they recognize any false evidence the devil presents to them and identify it as having no basis of reality.
Wherever there is real danger or good reason to fear, give them wisdom, protect them, and draw them close to You. Help them not to deny their fears, but to take them to You in prayer and seek deliverance from them. I pray that as each of them draws close to You, that Your love will penetrate their lives and crowd out all fear. Plant Your Word in their hearts. Let faith take root in their minds and souls as they grow in Your Word.
Thank You Jesus for Your promise to deliver us from all our fears. In Jesus' Holy name I pray for freedom from fear on behalf of these children today.
I ask this according to Your good and perfect will,
In Jesus' Holy name,
Amen

"WEAPONS OF WARFARE"

Psalm 31:19 (Amplified Bible)
Oh, how great is Your goodness, which You have laid up for those who fear, revere, and worship You, goodness which You have wrought for those who trust and take refuge in You before the sons of men!

Psalm 91:4-6 (Amplified Bible)
4)[Then] He will cover you with His pinions, and under His wings shall you trust and find refuge; His truth and His faithfulness are a shield and a buckler.
5)You shall not be afraid of the terror of the night, nor of the arrow (the evil plots and slanders of the wicked) that flies by day,
6)Nor of the pestilence that stalks in darkness, nor of the destruction and sudden death that surprise and lay waste at noonday.

Psalm 27:1 (Amplified Bible)
THE LORD is my Light and my Salvation--whom shall I fear or dread? The Lord is the Refuge and Stronghold of my life--of whom shall I be afraid?

Psalm 18:4-6 (Amplified Bible)
4)The cords or bands of death surrounded me, and the streams of ungodliness and the torrents of ruin terrified me.
5)The cords of Sheol (the place of the dead) surrounded me; the snares of death confronted and came upon me.
6)In my distress [when seemingly closed in] I called upon the Lord and cried to my God; He heard my voice out of His temple (heavenly dwelling place), and my cry came before Him, into His [very] ears.

Isaiah 41:10 (Amplified Bible)
Fear not [there is nothing to fear], for I am with you; do not look around you in terror and be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen and harden you to difficulties, yes, I will help you; yes, I will hold you up and retain you with My [victorious] right hand of rightness and justice.

1 John 4:18 (Amplified Bible)
There is no fear in love [dread does not exist], but full-grown (complete, perfect) love turns fear out of doors and expels every trace of terror! For fear brings with it the thought of punishment, and [so] he who is afraid has not reached the full maturity of love [is not yet grown into love's complete perfection].
