Dear Lord,
I pray that You would give each of my children and Grandchildren a heart that is quick to confess their mistakes. May they be truly repentant of them so that they can be forgiven and cleansed. Help them to understand that Your laws are for their benefit and that the confession and repentance You require must become a way of life. Give them the desire to live in truth before You, and may they say as David did, "Wash me thoroughly from my iniquity, and cleanse me from my sin. Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a steadfast spirit within me. Do not cast me away from Your presence, and do not take Your Holy Spirit from me. Restore to me the joy of Your salvation." (Psalm 51:2, 10-12)
Lord, bring to light and hidden sins so they can be confessed, repented of, and forgiven. Your Word says, "Blessed is he whose transgression is forgiven, whose sin is covered." (Psalm 32:1) I pray that each of these children will never be able to contain sin within them, but rather let there be a deep longing to confess fully and be able to say, "See if there is any wicked way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting." (Psalm 139:24) May they not live in guilt and condemnation, but rather chose to dwell with a clear conscience in the full understanding of their forgiveness in Christ. I pray that they will each always look to You and wear a radiant countenance.
I ask this according to Your good and perfect will,
In Jesus' Holy name,
Amen

WEAPONS OF WARFARE:
1 John 3:21-22 (Amplified Bible)
21)And, beloved, if our consciences (our hearts) do not accuse us [if they do not make us feel guilty and condemn us], we have confidence (complete assurance and boldness) before God,
22)And we receive from Him whatever we ask, because we [[a]watchfully] obey His orders [observe His suggestions and injunctions, follow His plan for us] and [[b]habitually] practice what is pleasing to Him.
Isaiah 55:7 (Amplified Bible)
Let the wicked forsake his way and the unrighteous man his thoughts; and let him return to the Lord, and He will have love, pity, and mercy for him, and to our God, for He will multiply to him His abundant pardon.
Ezekiel 18:30 (Amplified Bible)
Therefore I will judge you, O house of Israel, every one according to his ways, says the Lord God. Repent and turn from all your transgressions, lest iniquity be your ruin and so shall they not be a stumbling block to you.
Proverbs 28:13 (Amplified Bible)
He who covers his transgressions will not prosper, but whoever confesses and forsakes his sins will obtain mercy.
Acts 3:19 (Amplified Bible)
So repent (change your mind and purpose); turn around and return [to God], that your sins may be erased (blotted out, wiped clean), that times of refreshing (of recovering from the effects of heat, of [a]reviving with fresh air) may come from the presence of the Lord;
